Had to demo several times at a beagle convention in MA a couple of weeks ago. My first demo performance! Lots of beagles of all kinds. 'tis was hard to give a demo in front of my fellow beagles and their masters and especially my handlers. But I performed - as I should - and the whole assembly applauded (except for my fellow beagle mates who bayed not knowing what for!)
Then this strange woman took some pictures of me and my handlers. After all this work, I had to stay still and look pretty and professional in front of her camera. I could swear she asked me to smile. I tried but I'm not sure I managed.
