Hi there. I'm Nicky, the reagle beagle and I love sniffing around. Especially when I detect the scent of live bed bugs, adults or eggs. I am what is called a single scent detection dog. This is so I do not confuse my handler - he/she knows that when I alert, it means that I have detected the scent of bed bugs. Also, I do only detect live ones. My handlers and I are proud to have dual certification, with NESDCA and IBBMA. I have to work everyday to make sure I remain proficient at my detection skills.. If I don't have a bed bug sniffing job, I have to train with my handler who hides viles of live bed bugs. Then I get to find them and if I do, I get to eat. If I don't find any bed bugs, then I don't eat. It sounds awful, but don't worry! I find them every day. Contact us here if you need my sniffing services.
