Lies, lies, lies. Yesterday I drove all the way to Brockton for an emergency bed bug inspection (#bedbugdogs). The landlord swore the place was clean and clear of clutter. The tenants had moved out 2 months or so ago and the apt. was empty. Got there and there was so much commotion going on with people moving bags of trash out of the house. It turns out that every room in the house was trashed and there was evidence of some kinda dust that had been sprayed around everywhere. Needless to say, I cancelled the inspection (#bedbuginspection). What would you have done to determine whether this guy was trustworthy before wasting time and monies on this job?
