NewHampshire’s new #bedbuglaw makes it clear that the landlord has the obligation to have the remediation done, but then he/she can bill the tenant if he/she determines that the tenant is responsible for the infestation. And don’t forget our #bedbugdogs are best at sniffing out whether a tenant has bed bugs or not. Landlords save themselves a lot of treatment monies by having our dogs hone in on sources of bedbug infestations. Would you like to see Massachusetts adopt the same law?
