Nicki – waiting for the door to open. What a sad look…
Well, this is a first for Nicki and Malamar! We were scheduled for an inspection in Cambridge, MA and no one was home. I called her cell phone, left a voice-mail on her work phone, text-messaged her and sent her an e-mail.
Waited 40 minutes – hopefully she had forgotten about her appointment.
Still no one there. And she had begged me to show up early on Saturday so she could fit this inspection into her busy schedule. We got up at 7:00 AM that morning so we could be ready for this appointment in Boston. Needless to say, Nicky was very disappointed.
Should I charge her for this missed inspection? What do you think?
